Thule 963PRO two-bike Spare Me 2 bicycle rack, 100% complete and in excellent condition. Includes original instruction manual, all mounting hardware, lock cores, keys, straps, etc. A heavy-duty bike rack that connects to your rear mounted spare tire. Includes Stay-Put Cradles for better stability, an integrated locking cable for better security and a second adapter plate to fit more tire sizes. Rack can be mounted off center on spare tire. This allows the rack to be mounted on a vehicle with an off center spare, but still carry bikes centered on the vehicle. Attaches to spare tire and fits both regular and oversized tires.
