I bought this new, and used it occasionally in my pet-free, smoke-free home studio. I always use plastic washers on my rack bolts, and had this connected to a patch bay.

Therefore minimal mechanical strain on the I/O jacks and rack ears. I take very good care of my gear. I don't use this so much so I'm hoping to find it a new home.
