Lot (2) Denon DN-C550R Professional Rack-Mount Dual Drawer CD-R/CD-RW Recorder. These units are for parts ONLY--they do not function as intended (or I don't know how to work them).

Both units power up fine and the displays are both bright and error free. 1 unit the display read "toc reading". On the record side when you press the open... It opens very slowly about 1/4th the way and then closes. 1 unit the cd read side just continues to open and close the tray... The cd record side doesn't respond... I'm not sure if it's because the other side is busy or what. Both units have rack mounting rails. I'll take the first reasonable offer.

The&#######xA0;DN-C550R&#######xA0;is a professional dual drive CD-R and CD-RW recorder. It features both a CD playback drive and a CD-R/CD-RW record and playback drive, housed in a single unit. The CD playback drive has a built-in HDCD decoder, which provides improved fidelity of HDCD-encoded CDs.

A sampling rate converter allows the digital input and recording of material that has a sample rate of 32 or 48kHz. Serial Copy Management System (SCMS) can be defeated on the digital input and the record drive can utilize both CD-R/RW music and data discs. The&#######xA0;DN-C550R&#######xA0;offers various copying modes. An entire disc can be dubbed and finalized automatically, or programmed tracks can be recorded and finalization is manual.

Additionally one-track dubbing or tracks selected using Intro Scan can be recorded. Finalization is manual in both the latter cases. Selectable synchro recording modes are also available. Dubbing speed can be normal or 2x speed.

An equal number of playback options are also available. Dual playback allows both drives to play simultaneously out of discreet outputs, while Mix Program Play provides programmed playback from one or both drives.

Playback can be set to Random Mode, again from one or both drives while Relay Play allows for automatic continuous playback from the CD drive to the CD-R/RW drive. The&#######xA0;DN-C550R&#######xA0;comes with a comprehensive set of connectors, including both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono inputs to the CD-R/RW drive along with S/PDIF digital inputs and outputs. The unit allows for the input of a disc title and titles for each track onto the CD-R or CD-RW disc and can display text information on the display when playing CD Text discs which contain text information in English. Dual drives allow for the playback and recording of CDs onto CD-R/CD-RW discs in a single unit. Multiple playback options using both drives.

Digital/Analog recording level ddjustment with the jog dial from -&#####x221E; to +12dB in analog and digital recordings. Automatically finalizes a recording (compiles track information on the CD-R disc).

Disc Dubbing mode allows the recording of all information such as text from HDCD or CD Text discs. Text input and display with a dot matrix display for easy reading of text.

24-bit D/A converter on the CD drive section. They can change with little or no notice. Most all credit / debit cards. I have ZERO control over this.

The beautiful lady in front, &#######xA0; if you guessed, is indeed my mother. My mother, at this time was fighting for her life... She was diagnosed with a very aggressive stage iv cancer a few months earlier. It had&#######xA0;already metasticized to other parts of her body.

A couple of weeks before this she underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a tumor from her brain that would have killed her in days. I'm very thankful for the extra time I was able to spend with her. Not many people get that gift. 20 or so days after this picture was taken.

I started my earlier professional career in the Information Technology field. I started as a break / fix technician, moved to network administration 5 months later, then got hired as a Unix Systems Admin at a local ISP. Later on down the road ATT would kill all the ISPs with their DSL--RIP.

Farther on down the road my mother had a friend with a couple of gas stations that needed&#######xA0;help... I'm super introverted and this was way far outside of my field and pay expectations... Unbeknownst to me at the time, this will lead to better things. I do not recommend this to anyone. Its cut-throat and margins are slim unless you do shady business...

Again this experience was invaluable and would lead to better things. My car was paid off so I didn't really have any big expenses.

My grandmother was told that she had 3 months to live... So I went to help them take care of her turns out they were wrong... I saw a management position open up not far from my house with Love's Travel Stops. Had the shortest interview ever...

As soon as soon as I said I owned a gas station with a Chesters Chicken... The job was offered to me.

I will commit to you for a year or so in Oklahoma and then I'd like to be transferred to Arkansas, eventually. He agreed, and thus started my 3 year journey with the best company I have ever worked for.

No day was EVER the same, a lot of long hours, and employees complaining about others. This is definitely not for everyone. After I made it back to Arkansas... I got transferred to the North Little Rock store.

It was an older store... But it was much busier than the stores I worked for in Oklahoma. It had maybe 4 or 5 times as many employees...

The ones in Oklahoma that I worked at only had a subway... One had a hardees but it was leased. So for the next year or so... I put about 20k miles on my car commuting some times almost 2 hours 1 way for work. But the company made sure everyone that still wanted a job...

This just shows you the level of commitment that Love's has towards their employees. The managers had to travel the farthest we got paid mileage... No where near enough to put the miles I did on my car. New store is finished we open... And we went to pumping 1.5million gallons of diesel a month.

This store was a beast. Anyway the experience I gained here was again very invaluable. If you can deal with an angry truck driver... You can deal with ANYTHING.

I learned a lot about business financials, merchandising, but most importantly.... I could easily interact with customers whom I've never met before.... Where in the past this would cause me to nearly have a panic attack. I was told to take as much time as I needed...

All in all I think I probably took 2 maybe 3 months. What other company will do that for you?

My sister and brother-in-law both had had 20+ year long careers with&#######xA0; big companies.... My sister was able to take 3 days... My brother in law got called back the next day. Loves was short handed for managers, but they didn't even flinch.

Managers of stores like North Little Rock... People think the&#######xA0;employees that work at "gas stations" make minimum wage... While the cashiers are the lowest paid... Once you are a manager... Since it is a privately owned company... They don't answer to&#######xA0;shareholders and this is the key. They can do what they want... And if your store is rolling.... You profit shares will be as well.

As I came home from work one day.... Complaining about something not important... You were good at it.

10 years or so prior... My mom worked at Dillards so I was about to utilize her 50% discount... Other sources I used was samsclub auctions... Then as more and more people figured it out...

Prices increased and margins dropped. My mom ended up finding employment somewhere else so then I lost that discount. Until I lost my sources.

So I start reasearching and locations several sources... And you dont know what, if anything works -- very risky. Then it kept progressing to a point where I was for sure that I would be able to do this for a living.

Regrettfully, I resigned my positon at Love's. I wanted to see what I could handle max with no employess...

Was very stressful and hectic. I need organization and maybe an employee, but definitely an inventory/barcode system first... Otherwise stuff could be stolen and i'd never know.

My business is legitimate and registered with the State of Arkansas and also with the federal government. I'm always looking for new business opportunities...
